Our Services
Horseback riding lessons are available through multiple instructors at Haile Equestrian. Lessons are available for beginners through advanced riders in the areas of basic horsemanship, dressage, hunter/jumper, and western riding. Each instructor comes from unique riding background and has their own area of expertise. These varied riding backgrounds and different teaching styles offer a diverse, multidisciplinary program.
Lessons can be purchased individually, however we highly recommend joining our membership program for added value for students interested in more than just a few lessons.
Casual Horseback Riding
Riders of all skill levels and interests are welcomed to Haile Equestrian for casual horseback riding opportunities. Enjoy a 30 to 60 minute horseback ride on our farm located at the entrance to Haile Plantation.
Riders will have the opportunity to interact with their horses, learn the basics of grooming, and ride in a peaceful and fun environment.
For the safety of our horses and riders, these rides are walking-only, and your ride will be guided by one of our staff members for safety. Haile Equestrian does not offer any trail riding off the property. Interested in more advance riding? Check out our horse leasing memebership opportunity

Pony Parties
Pony parties are offered for birthdays and other special events, hosted on our farm at Haile Equestrian.
Party attendees have the opportunity to interact with the ponies, groom, and ride. All rides are led by one of our staff members for safety. All ponies are very safe and outgoing individuals that love attention and interaction with children.
Located in the heart of Gainesville, FL a short distance from the University of Florida, UF Shands Hospital, and Santa Fe College, you will only ever be a short drive away from your horse.
We offer a variety of boarding options to suit your needs, Horses receive twice-daily feedings in spacious stalls, AM or PM turnout to a private or semi-private pasture, access to all the facilities of our equestrian center, and most importantly, lots of love and care for your horse.

Horse Leasing
Horse ownership is a major long-term commitment and leasing enables would-be horse owners to experience the many facets of the lifestyle and acquire the necessary tools and skills, which extend far beyond merely riding. Buying a horse is easy -buying the wrong horse is even easier. Selling a horse can be difficult and can take a long time. Anyone who has the opportunity to lease for a few months before shopping for a horse of their own should take advantage of the option to "get your feet wet” and be sure horse ownership is right for them.
Leasing is a great long-term option. Have a horse to ride at Haile Equestrian as if it were your own on select days/times each week for a fraction of the cost of horse ownership. If your child loses interest or you find you don't have the time or financial resources to maintain your lease, simply notify us and you will have no further obligations on the horse.
We have developed a dynamic, educational and fun program which allows your child the opportunity to learn the skill of riding a horse without sacrificing regularly scheduled curriculum. Our program includes hands-on experience in horse handling, riding lessons and theory lessons in the classroom.
Our curriculum includes modules which cover physical education, math, language arts, science, social studies, creative writing and art.
Horse Sales
Our goal is to breed and develop quality hunter/jumper and dressage prospects, school them into safe, reliable mounts, and place them with loving families and show homes.
We have a wide variety of horses available; from in-utero, foals, young prospects, and mature mares and geldings available.
We provide safe & reliable horse transportation and horse hauling to or from the Gainesville area. We are a family-owned and operated business and will treat your horses as one of our own.
