Is Haile Equestrian open for business?
Yes, Haile Equestrian is now OPEN for business!  We are actively giving horseback rides, riding lessons, and hosting pony birthday parties.  We also have several great horses available for partial leases and stalls available for boarding.  Our grand opening will be in Fall 2012 - details on the event coming soon!

Where is Haile Equestrian?
Haile Equestrian is located at the northwest corner of SW 46th Blvd (Haile Blvd) and SW 75th St (Tower Rd).  We are located 0.8 miles north of SW Archer Rd and Tower Rd - minutes from the University of Florida, Shands, and the Oaks Mall. We are across the street from Wiles Elementary School.

What bus routes service Haile Equestrian?
Haile Equestrian is serviced by RTS Bus Route 75 (Oaks Mall to Butler Plaza).

May I come visit the horses?
Yes!  Anytime our front gate is open, visitors are welcome to visit the horses.

Are pets allowed at Haile Equestrian?
For the safety of our horses and riders, pets are not permitted on the property.

What disciplines of riding instruction are offered?
Haile Equestrian offers instruction in hunt seat, dressage and western riding.  No experience is necessary to start and beginners are welcome!

What skill levels of horses are available?
We offer horses of all levels. No matter your level, we have a horse that will suit you.

Can we come ride a horse without being part of a lesson or lease program?
Yes, Haile Equestrian offers 30 and 60 minute casual guided horseback rides in our arena.

Can we take a trail ride through Haile Plantation?
Unfortunately, to maintain the safety of our horses and riders Haile Equestrian does not allow any horses to leave our facility.  We offer 30 and 60 minute casual guided horseback rides in our arena, but no trail riding.

Can we bring our own horse to Haile Equestrian?
Limited full service horse boarding is available.  Please contact us for details at 352-665-7433.  Unfortunately our arena is not available for rental to outside horses.

What clothing is required for riders at Haile Equestrian?

All riders under age 18 must wear an ASTM/SEI approved helmet when mounted. No exceptions. Anyone who does not own a helmet may borrow one of the Haile Equestrian helmets.

Students must wear long pants and appropriate hard-soled, closed-toe footwear when working around the horses.
